Contractor stays in Trier – after the shift, a whole apartment to yourself.

If you're away on a job for weeks at a time, you don't need a hotel room with a minibar. You need a place where you can kick off your work boots in the evening, cook something and sleep properly. That's exactly what our apartments in Trier are: complete flats with their own kitchen and bathroom, free parking at the house and a proper invoice for the company. We're Pascal and Juri, we live in Trier ourselves and we're reachable if something comes up – no reception desk, no call centre.

What you get with us

By the week or by the month

Our minimum stay is three nights, but most contractors book the working week from Monday to Friday or several weeks in one go. For longer assignments it's worth sending a quick enquiry by email or text message: tell us the dates and the number of people and we'll send you a quote – usually within a day.

From one month, our apartments are available as MonatsMiete+: one fixed all-inclusive monthly rent, no utility bills to settle, for terms of one to 24 months. If the project runs over, we extend with you. Companies use it for individual specialists as much as for small teams.

Which apartment for whom

For one person, or two colleagues sharing a double bed, our studios fit the bill: the Soho Home and the Studio21 in Biewer, each with kitchen, bathroom, smart TV and fast Wi-Fi – quietly located, with free parking, ten to fifteen minutes from the city centre and close to the A 64 and A 602. The LOFT34 in Pallien adds a comfortable workspace and is just one bridge away from the old town.

For teams we have apartments with two bedrooms: the Deluxe Suite in Biewer with a king-size and a double bed, and the Red Rock Home in Pallien with two sleeping rooms. If colleagues need separate beds, the Olewig Suite with one double and two single beds is the best choice. And because in Biewer and Pallien several apartments share the same building, we can put crews of up to eight people at one address – each with their own apartment, own bathroom and own front door.

The Boho Home in Ehrang is the right address if the job is in the north of Trier, in the industrial estate or out towards Schweich and Wittlich: bedroom plus sofa bed, balcony, parking, and Ehrang station with connections to the Eifel, the Moselle and Luxembourg is right in the village.

To be honest

A few things we'd rather say up front than afterwards. Our apartments are in residential buildings with neighbours: quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, smoking is outside, and there are no parties. Only our Kylltalperle in Kordel, 15 minutes north of Trier, has its own washing machine – for the Trier apartments, just talk to us if you're staying longer and we'll find a solution. And because the apartments are furnished to a high standard, we ask you to leave heavily soiled work clothes and boots in the entrance area. In return you get a home where you genuinely recover after ten hours of work.
